By purchasing any of the digital products available on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

This is a digital download. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the format of the product, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.

All designs are the exclusive property of Beatriz Pascual. I reserve the right to offer these products to other customers, sell them on other platforms or display them as part of my portfolio. Usage and pricing policies may be updated without notice.

Important note on color: shades may vary depending on the monitor or printing device used. For optimal results, I recommend that you always make a test print.

License for non-exclusive prints

Limited commercial license (JPG)

With this license you get the right to non-exclusive and non-transferable to use the design for personal purposes and/or up to 300 units of physical products for sale.

ALLOWED:

  • Scale the design according to the needs of the product.

  • Use the pattern on up to 300 units of physical products for unlimited sale over time.

NOT ALLOWED:

  • Use the design in digital products.

  • Change colors or modify the design.

  • Resell, sublicense or distribute the file.

  • Upload products with the design to print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Spoonflower, Printful, etc.).

  • Sell the design as NFT.

INCLUDES:

Pattern tile in JPG format (4000×4000 px, 300 dpi).

With this license you acquire the right to non-exclusive and non-transferable to use the pattern for a number unlimited of physical products for sale.

  • Scale, recolor or modify the design according to your needs.

  • Use the pattern for any number of physical products.

❌ NOT ALLOWED:

  • Use design in digital products.

  • Resell, sublicense or distribute the file.

  • Upload the design to print-on-demand platforms.

  • Sell as NFT.

Terms of use - Mockups

Permitted actions

  • Use the mockups in personal or commercial projects.

  • Use them in an unlimited number of presentations or graphic products.

  • Customize or modify them according to your needs.

  • Resell, sublicense or distribute the original mockup (even if modified).

  • Sharing the file or download links with third parties.

  • Assign the rights of use to other persons or companies.
