In this online store you will find stationery products, textile accessories, handicrafts and digital products. Prices are indicated in euros including taxes, excluding shipping costs, and may change without notice. Payment is made securely by credit card (Stripe) or PayPal.

The customer has at his disposal 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for personalized or digital products, which are non-returnable. The products are delivered through Correos with signature, within 2-5 days for Spain and 8-30 days for other destinations.

All items are covered by the current legal warranty. Beatriz Pascual is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or incidents beyond its control, such as carrier delays or technical problems on the Internet. These conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation and, in case of dispute, the Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction.

The present conditions regulate the sales made through this website.
The images and photographs of products are illustrative and are not part of the contract and may vary in color or finish.
All contents of this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Pricing and invoicing

  • Prices in euros (€)VAT included.

  • Shipping costs are not included (calculated at checkout).

  • For orders outside Spain, the customer assumes all taxes and duties.

  • The product will remain the property of Beatriz Pascual until payment in full.

Ordering and validation

  • Orders can only be placed through www.beatrizpascual.com/tienda.

  • By confirming the purchase, the customer accepts these conditions in full.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders due to stock problems, payment or previous incidences.

Methods of payment

  • Credit card (Stripe)

  • PayPal (no account required)
    Protocol-encrypted data SSL 128 bits. We do not store bank details.

Right of withdrawal

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt.

  • Exceptions: customized products and downloadable digital products.

  • The customer assumes the cost of return and must send the item in its original condition.

  • Reimbursement within 14 days of request.

Availability and quantities

  • Sale subject to stock availability.

  • In case of stock shortage after the order, we will be notified and will proceed to refund.

  • Purchases of more than 6 identical units will not be processed without prior authorization.

Shipments and deadlines

  • Mail with signature (Spain and abroad).

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days (mainland Spain), 8-30 days (international).

  • Reject the package if it shows visible damage.

  • Delay of more than 30 days: the customer may cancel the order.

Delivery times are estimates. Eventualities such as strikes, weather conditions or customs may cause delays. In such a case, we will notify you personally.

Legal warranty

All of our physical products have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

It does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use or incorrect handling.
  • Downloadable digital products (except for defects in the file at the time of purchase).
  • Customized products according to customer specifications.

 

For claims, send photos of the defect to info@beatrizpascual.com within a maximum period of 15 days since detection.
We will get back to you within 7 working days with a solution (replacement, repair or refund).

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper use of the products.

  • Non-compliance with the legislation of the country of destination.

  • Internet incidents (viruses, downtime, intrusions).

Applicable legal framework

These conditions of sale comply with Spanish law, including:

  • Law 3/2014of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

  • Law 34/2002of July 11, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

  • Regulations on general terms and conditions y warranties in the sale of consumer goods.

Any dispute will be resolved by the Spanish courts.
