My new collection of ornamental wallpaper and home textiles, infused with the essence of Art Nouveau.

Today, I'm thrilled to present a very special collection I've been working on lately: Belle Époque Botánica. This series of designs blends my fascination with Art Nouveau aesthetics with botanical motifs that are elegant, fluid, and full of character.

This collection is born from the desire to explore a more ornamental, immersive, and decorative nature, inspired by the Belle Époque—an era of artistic splendor where organic lines, floral details, and curvilinear rhythms took center stage.
My new Belle Époque collection is a very personal project that has evolved naturally into a complete series of 16 chromatic variations, all based on a single core design: a floral motif featuring tulips, created through mirror repetition (mirror design).
Classic design with a contemporary soul
The original design was born from a process of aesthetic exploration where I aimed to blend the delicacy of line drawing with the distinctive ornamental structure of the turn of the century. The result is a pattern that breathes balance, lightness, and movement: tulipans that intertwine symmetrically, creating a sense of harmonious continuity.
While deeply influenced by Art Nouveau, I have reinterpreted it with a contemporary aesthetic and a versatile color palette designed for different types of interiors: from bright and soft spaces to more dramatic, deep, or sophisticated settings.
One collection, 16 personalities: the power of color
Something that always fascinates me about surface design is how a color change can completely transform the atmosphere of a pattern. That's why, instead of settling for a single palette, I decided to develop 16 color variations that reveal different facets of the same design.
In this collection you will find:
- Soft earth tones that bring serenity and a warm feel.
- Dusty and deep blues that evoke calm, classicism, and elegance.
- Greens inspired by vintage gardens, perfect for natural and organic settings.
- Greens inspired by ancient gardens, perfect for natural and organic environments.
- Monochromatic versions that give the design a more minimalist and contemporary visual presence.
Each variation has been carefully crafted to work seamlessly as both wallpaper and home textile, all while preserving the identity of the original design.

An artistic and personal journey
This collection also coincides with an important learning moment: I'm currently taking the @hannaspatterndesigncourse, which is inspiring me enormously on both a technical and creative level. Working on this design while progressing through the course has been a way to directly and meaningfully apply what I'm learning.
Belle Époque is, in a way, a reminder of why I love this work: the possibility of blending history, art, color, and emotion to create pieces that can find a home in other people's spaces.
Coming Next & Previews
Over the next few days, I'll be sharing more color variations on social media, along with details of the creative process and application examples. I'm also preparing a small "digital lookbook" with all the versions together, so you can see the complete collection at a glance.
