Preview of my SS2026 Collection for a Calm Home

As a surface pattern designer, I always seek to create patterns that not only decorate but also transform the energy of a space.

Today, I have the pleasure of presenting to you, for the first time, Japandi Grid Zen, the collection with which I anticipate interior trends for Spring-Summer 2026.

This collection consists of a minimalist geometric design inspired by Japanese and Nordic philosophy, woven in a soft and natural color palette, which features the sublime Pantone Cloud Dancer, the 2026 Color of the Year, and various size scales to adapt to all types of projects.

This collection is designed to create charming interior design, bringing serenity and balance to any room.

The Fusion That Inspires: Japandi and the Pursuit of Zen "Hygge"

The Japandi Grid Zen collection is born from the fascinating fusion between Japandi (the union of Japanese 'wabi-sabi' and Nordic 'hygge') and modern geometric aesthetics. It's not just about straight lines, but about creating a calm and orderly visual rhythm that invites relaxation and contemplation. Each grid acts as a metaphor for structured calm, ideal for spaces where we seek to disconnect, such as bedrooms, living rooms, or studies.

A Palette for Serenity: Cloud Dancer and Earth Tones

The chromatic heart of this collection beats to the rhythm of Pantone Cloud Dancer 13-1110, a warm, earthy white that evokes lightness and peace. I have combined it with a careful selection of soft and natural colors that enhance its warmth:

• Muted terracottas and dusty pinks (like Dusty Rose and Light Terracotta), which add a subtly cozy touch.
• Sage greens and light aquamarines, which introduce a fresh and organic note.
• Grayish blues and natural mustards, to add depth and a modern and timeless character. This soft color palette ensures that the designs are versatile and integrate into any interior design, whether it's Nordic, contemporary, or boho chic style.

Japandi Grid Zen is designed to be lived in. That's why I have developed it in three different scales (Mini, Small, and Large) to adapt to all types of projects:
